Can anyone tell me where I can locate these guys so I can delcare my/ my guilds allegiance. Cheers

The ambassadors are in their respected cities; Luxon ambassador is in Cavalon, and the Kurzick ambassador is in House Zu Heltzer.

You can find them at the capital cities of luxon/kurzick cavalon/house tzu helter you can go by takin the quest be friend with luxons/kurzicks

Actually if u want to get into cavalon without doing the befriend quest. After getting to the Zos Shivros channel take a short run to the west though the zone to breaker hollow and then stright to cavalon
